Nurses Contract Swine-flu

According to nurses at the Sutter Solano Medical Centre in Vallejo, northern California they where not issued with they were issued with incorrect face masks that are supposed to protect them from swine-flu. The masks supposedly do not have the proper air-filters.

Already, 10 nurses in the hospital’s intensive care unit have contracted the flu after treating patients with swine-flu.

Spokesperson for the hospital’s management, Sy Neilson has stated: “We believe that we are in full compliance with the masks as we are following the guidelines that come to us from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.”
