DOL senior specialist in OH and hygiene, Milly Ruiters, announced the Draft Ergonomics Regulations.

The Department of Labour called for comment on the Draft Ergonomics Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, before 27 April 2017. Here are some links.

The public may comment to clement.lekgetho@labour.gov.za or to warren.mallon@labour.gov.za or to bulelwa.huna@labour.gov.za or by hand at the Labour Department, attention Huna Bulelwa, Laboria House, Francis Baard Str 215, Pretoria.

The draft includes a form for the details of the respondent.

The draft Ergonomics Regulations is under Government Notice GN 64 of 17 January 2017, at:
