COURSE OBJECTIVES
The aim of the Advantage ACT ISO 9001:2008 course is to equip you with knowledge and skill to perform ISO-based internal programme/system functions effectively and with confidence.
One poor service delivery or substandard product delivered to the client and the customer takes his/her business elsewhere.

At the end of this course, with the use of the ISO9001: 2008 & ISO9004 standards & the delegate course manual, you will be able to:
- Differentiate between different ISO9001 & ISO9004 terminology
- Define a quality management programme/system
- Identify the general requirements needed for the successful implementation of a QMS
- Discuss a Quality Policy Statement
- Identify the importance of Quality Planning & the PDCA Cycle
- Explain the Implementation of a QMS
- Discuss Evaluation of a QMS
- Identify the purpose of a Quality audit
- Explain Quality Management Review & Improvement
- Understand ISO9001 holistically
- Discuss the Quality Generic checklist
- Look at generating non-conformances and how to close them out
PLEASE NOTE
No previous system implementation knowledge and experience is necessary for this course. It would be an advantage if you have an awareness of 9001 & quality principles and concepts.
