Call centre workers spend a large part of their working day sitting in front of a
computer monitor in what is defined as sedentary work. This exposes them to a unique set of hazards unlike the general factory or office environment.
EHS Training has developed a compliance driven Call Centre Safety Workshop and will start its roll-out from April 2019 in Durban, Cape Town followed by Johannesburg.
The Workshop will cover a variety of topics and discussions from Risk Assessment to Psychosocial Health and is a must-attend event for all Call Centre managers in South Africa.
